Job Purpose:
To maximize parts and service sales in his region through field contact with the customer and ensure all customer needs are addressed to improve customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Achieve his targeted requirements for sales of Service labor to his allocated customers.
- Relay any parts or sales inquiries to the relevant department for them to follow up.
- Handle major accounts of Key VIP customers and deal successfully and independently with them.
- Ensure full knowledge of the customers’ requirements, projects, and overall business standings
- Continually generate new prospects to improve the Company share of market.
- Possess a deep level of product knowledge in the Service field and the capability of effectively conveying and using his knowledge to its full advantage.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of SDEC capabilities in Service, Financial Services, and a good working knowledge of all the product lines represented by the Company.
- Prepare and present selected training material and to participate in various shows, seminars etc.
- Carry out any other assignments as allocated by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications and Relevant Certifications:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Electronics or any equivalent Technical related qualification.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in the industry and preferably with any heavy equipment & Dealer.
- Self-motivated team player
- Ability to effectively communicate with people.
- Hard working.
- Enthusiastic.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Highly motivated.
