We are inviting applications from candidates who have experience working as Project Management in rental industries for the genset manufacturing division.


Principal responsibilities for this job are as below:



  • Managing and coordinating commercial requests
  • Managing and coordinating logistics requests
  • Working on Infor M3 system
  • Checking the availability of kit
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all rental inquiries and requests are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Co-ordination between various internal departments (sales, service, operations and logistics)
  • Train new employees on company policies and procedures related to rentals
  • Responsible for organizing, planning, and executing of projects/orders
  • To work with internal stakeholders and external clients about specific requirements
  • Submitting technical and commercial proposals to customers   
  • Following up with customers on quotation and project status
  • Posting invoices on portals and following with customers on payments
  • Creating reports for won/loss orders
  • Outline a project plan with details of specific tasks and activities
  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, taking appropriate action to resolve the issue
  • Keep up to date on changes in rental rates and terms, as well as new products and services offered by the company
  • Ensuring effective and efficient communication between stakeholders
  • In charge of ensuring respective teams complete all projects on time
  • Optimizing and improving the delivery/collection processes
  • Flexible to work on week off’s when required
  • Workers have a responsibility for their own health and safety and that of other workers. In addition, they have the responsibility to refuse unsafe work; and Senior Management acknowledge discriminatory action cannot be taken against them for refusing to do unsafe work
  • Fully cooperate with their Manager and Supervisor, Safety committee and other safety representative and any other person carrying out Quality and OH&S – MS duties

We are looking for candidates with below requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Computer and English Language Certifications
  • Experience of min. 5yrs
  • Only Saudi
